Never to hear a customer say … ‘I didn’t know you did that’!

Terry Hutt – Operations Manager

Terry joined the company in the late 1990s. His working life started on a farm, and 15 years ago he moved into chicken processing. Somewhat appropriate, as Terry’s an early bird! Oh … and in his spare time he manages the production room!

Dennis Taylor – Production Manager

Paul Hains – Dayshift Warehouse and Operations Manager

Ably assisting Terry Hutt is Paul Hains. He joined Tadmarton Products in 2003, having spent all his working life in the butchery industry. Originally a driver and moving into van sales, Paul is the company’s Transport Manager and responsible for the fleet of 8 vehicles. He also manages the goods in and out, and stock rotation, ensuring you get quality products when you need them.

Julie Taylor – Operations Coordinator

It’s Julie's job to oil the wheels of Tadmarton's logistics, in particular the transport management, delivery scheduling, and stock control. Coming from a logistics management background, many pub-goers have her to thank for ensuring deliveries of a certain Stout to their ‘local’. She believes her knowledge and experience will ensure Tadmarton’s customers get the very best of service from the company’s distribution network.

Rita Harper – Administration Manager

Rita has her finger firmly on the Tadmarton pulse and wears a lot of hats: from maintaining the IT systems and personnel records, to her role as Health and Safety officer, and Mike’s PA. Rita’s background is in customer service and she enjoys knowing that her job makes a difference to both Tadmarton and its customers. As Mike Mourant was heard to say, “Every company needs a Rita!”

Pauline Sargent – Accounts and Office Manager

Behind the scenes and responsible for the smooth running of Tadmarton Products’ office, is Pauline Sargent. Pauline joined the company in 2001 and her role involves managing Tadmarton’s accounts, the stock control systems, and liaising with suppliers. Pauline’s a useful person to know because … she’s the one who makes sure everyone is paid on time!

Anita Taylor – Credit Controller

Anita is a well-known voice on the end of the Tadmarton phone. It’s her job to make sure the company’s accounts are accurate and up-to-date. And, if the sales desk is busy, Anita can help by taking your orders. She’s the person to speak to if you have any queries about invoices, delivery notes and credits and, if you happen to forget to pay your bill, Anita’s there to give you a gentle nudge!
